Bonnie Vale Camp Ground
Bonnie Vale campground amenities upgrade, with the campground shut down for a number of years it had been left to decay. Carfax Commercial Construction had been enlisted to bring the amenities blocks back to working use. With a smart design from Lacoste + Stevenson Architects and (Greenpulus)Plumbing's extensive knowledge to allow the existing structure to stay and use wall linings that allowed for plumbing works to be carried out without the removal of concrete.
All new urinals, basins, toilets, disabled toilets, showers, kitchens, hot water units and TMV have installed to allow for easy long term maintenance with the park receiving heavy use year round.

Sheraton On The Park
Sheraton on The Park condenser water upgrade, the existing steel 150mm water line has started to leak due to rust. (Greenpulus) Plumbing carefully organized and delivered a full shut down of the plant with new install of 150mm copper for condenser water between plants
(Greenpulus)effectively delivered the air-conditioning shut down on time and in budget of the client as to allow for no loss of revenue.
